All production employees have gone
through extensive training both on the job and off. They
have been trained in quality control, machining techniques,
mathematical integration, gauge reading, print identifying/tolerances,
CNC control/programming and on site safety training. A
good number of employees have also been trained on our
CAD/CAM design workstations. |

Quality and Conformance to Standards |

We are currently approved under MIL-I-45208
and MIL-STD-45662 for inspection and calibration and also
provide TIG and MIG Welding certified under IAW MIL-STD-248D
for Carbon, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum materials.

designed to maintain precision Aerospace/Helicopter/NASA/Defense
tolerances. We specialize in sensitive microwave technologies
and micro components from .005 of an inch to larger sized
